Hunts Point
The Town of Hunts Point is a small peninsula on Lake Washington, 2.5 miles northeast of downtown Bellevue. With a roundabout leading to “Points Drive”, this area boasts a one-way-in and one-way-out tree-lined street dividing the east-facing and west-facing waterfront homes. The approximately 130 households of Hunts Point enjoy privacy, security, views and waterfront access. One of the State of Washington’s most expensive and exclusive neighborhoods, the Town of Hunts Point offers the most convenient proximity to Seattle of all of West Bellevue, with a 520 bridge entrance immediately outside of the entrance to Hunts Point.
Hunt’s Point students qualify for exceptional Bellevue Public Schools: Clyde Hill Elementary, Chinook Middle School and Bellevue High School, however numerous private schools are also nearby: St. Thomas (1.4 miles), Bellevue Christian (1.2 miles), Sacred Heart (1.9 miles) to name a few.
