Yarrow Point
Yarrow Point is ideal four those who love to enjoy the good life; boating, serenity, small town vibes, and charming community traditions. On the Eastern shores of Yarrow Point is Cozy Cove, a tranquil, protected inlet known by boaters as a place of relaxation and great waterskiing.
One of my favorite walks is through the quiet Wetherill Nature Preserve, a 16-acre trail sandwiched between Hunts and Yarrow Points, with tons of indigenous flora and fauna enjoyed year-round. Yarrow Point is also host to a renowned and beloved 4th of July parade, complete with antique cars, decorated bikes & scooters, marching bands & floats, the parade is a chance for residents to come together and celebrate their community.
With only 1,000 residents and 400 homes, the exclusivity often means it takes time and a little patience to find the ideal Yarrow Point home. Public school students attend exceptional Bellevue Public Schools: Clyde Hill Elementary, Chinook Middle School and Bellevue High School, with numerous private school options nearby: St. Thomas (1.4 miles), Bellevue Christian (1.2 miles), Sacred Heart (1.9 miles) to name a few.
